I haven't been on here in a month. I lost my motivation. I let life get in the way. Actually I went to Freeport, Bahamas. It was beautiful as you can see in the pictures I posted here. Vacation is not so good on the diet. Now I am home, refreshed and ready to try again. I got a lot of weight to lose and I decided to celebrate each day, each pound. I think that is easier for me, if I look at the big picture, I get overwhelmed. Food is a comfort thing for me. I love to eat. Especially at night when it is quiet and I am watching TV. Would love to make new friends on here who can help me stay on track. It is time to get to a healthier, thinner me. Any Indianapolis Colts fans out there? Football Sundays is hard on the diet too.

Fitness Minutes: 523

My Goals:
1. Celebrate each pound I lose til I reach my goal of losing 87 lbs.
2. Keep a positive attitude and change the way I think about food.
3. Deal with food addictions.
4. Exercise like I need to.

My Program:
I need to lose 87 pounds. Get my blood sugars down within normal limits. Walk and exercise regularly. I also need to quit sabotoging myself and figure out why I keep doing this. Looking for friends who can inspire me and hopefully I can inspire them.

Personal Information:
I live in Northwest Indiana. I am single mom with two teenaged sons. I love music, reading, gardening, football, walking outside, spending time with family and friends.

Other Information:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This is my favorite verse. It gives me peace and encouragement.
