Currently a member of the Winter 2021 5% challenge.
Care for my Mind, Body and Spirit so that I may best care for others.
Personal Information:
I live in the Wild West part of our Beautiful state of Oregon, which happens to be on the east side of the state.
I am happily married to Dave, my best friend. Our blended family includes four children, 12 grandchildren (each so successful in their endeavors), four dogs. My best work to date; caring for my elders.
Other Information:
Dave and I love to ride our bikes. We enjoy everything outdoors. We love our Mhuck, a truck transformer aka our fishing cabin. We've looked for years for the "right" boat to buy used. Finally, our canoe found us! 16.5 feet and ready for rowing and fishing. Woo HOO!
We spend most days putting our mark on a 1939 Diesel Repair shop our home, Dads Ranch.
Watching the Sunset is among our daily disciplines.

Thank you giving support on my blog.
In the 5% winter loss challenge, my new habit is going outside for minimum of 20 minutes.
LOL I haven't physically made it to doing actual works out since doing chores on the farm adds up minute of cardio.. makes me laugh.
