Hi there! Sorry for the delay getting back to you on your question about cutting down on carbs....it's been a busy week!
I cut down all my carbs, striving to keep them below 50 grams/day. It's easiest to do so by cutting down all sugars & refined flour goods. The first week was the toughest, the second week not so bad, and by the 3d week, I was acclimated.
