    WHile I appreciate your feedback on my weigh in blog, I do have my reason/s for weighing in daily and posting it. It is an experiment that I promised myself I would do until my October report. I totally understand that this is not for everyone, BUT it is helping ME be accountable. I am not upset if the scale does not move down or even goes up if I have stayed the course because I KNOW it is just water weight and WILL come off eventually. It is a built-in "binge deterrent" for me. LOL emoticon

    Thank you for your wise advice on my blog page. I know SP has a calorie counter, I have used it in the past, but found I was spending too much time on the computer, so I purchased an inexpensive book called "the Diet Minder" and a calorie king book and I have found it much more convenient to write down what I eat. I know for me, writing it down is a key because it helps me see what I've eaten and helps me stay on track with my calories for day. emoticon
