My plan is to focus on one goal each month until it becomes a habit, then focus on the next item. By focusing on one thing at a time, I won't become so overwhelmed and each habit will become ingrained in my life. I will forgive myself when I don't reach my goals.

My Fastrack goals are:

1) Eat a healthy breakfast: once a day
2) Walk my dog: once a day
3) Read from a motivating story or book each day: once a day

Fitness Minutes: 3,647

My Goals:
Short term -
Exercise for 30 minutes at least 5 times a week starting 9/3/2015

Mid term -
Run / walk a 5K by October 2015

Long term -
Weigh 145 pounds by
January 30, 2016

My Program:
My plan is to build consistence with the following habits.

1) Exercise for at least 10 minutes daily

2) Walk 30 minutes at least 3 times a week

3) Do yoga in the mornings to keep stress levels down

4) Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies a day.

5) Strength training at 2 times a week

6) Plan menus weekly menu before grocery shopping

7) Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night

8) Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day

9) Forgive myself when I don't follow my plan "perfectly"

Personal Information:
I really enjoy this part on other people's Spark pages. I will try to come up with something good here.

Other Information:
I really enjoy reading books. Some of my favorite authors are Jack Canfield, Diane Mott Davidson, M.C. Beaton and Janet Evanovich.

I suggest Jack's, "Key to Living the Law of Attraction" if you would like to start living the life of your dreams. Currently I am working my way through the "The Success Principles." Number one is to take personal responsibility for my life.

I enjoy romantic comedy movies. I really like to laugh. It is so healing.
