Hi,
My name is Nicole, I am 32 and have 2 kids. I have been a member of SparksPeople for a while but have never been really active. I start to chart my food… I do it for a week and then lose interest. I then picked up the Sparks book and thought it time for me to get serious about making myself healthier. I always have problems with food since I have IBS and my body does not digest food like most. Dealing with that is so frustrating and then I generally give up charting my food intake. I thought…why not see if they have an IBS group on SparksPeople.com…lucky me… I stumbled across 2 teams. I am so happy to find other people that have similar issues to me.
I am doing this for a serious confident boost. I am have always been so negative about myself and that needs to change. My negativity not only brings me down but also my family.

I am now starting with a New Attitude TODAY!!

My Goals:
Be comfortable in my own skin.

Be fit!

Have the body that looks like I workout...not just a skinny woman.


My Program:
I already follow a healthy/clean eating lifestyle. I just need to make my meal more balanced.
My workouts are Sunday-Friday. I am doing the Insanity Workout Program. I have tried P90X but I just cannot stick to that workout.
I love cardio based workouts so hopefully I can stick to the fill 9 weeks of Insanity.

Other Information:
My goal is to create a fully balance meal and lower my carb intake. I have many food intolerances that make my choices very limited.
Foods that I must avoid:
Beans, dark green lettuces, raw spinach, cheese, egg yolk, whole wheat foods, chocolate, flaxseed, whey protein. There are other things that I cannot tolerate but I'm not going to go on and on about it.
