    Awesome!!! Banana, almonds and Water!!! Perfect!! I am currently on a Pescatarian Diet...Basically it is Vegetarian but you can eat Fish and seafood, no processed foods. I have a hereditary Condition called Essential Tremor ( Kind of like Parkinsons) And the only treatment besides meds ( none work for me) is Deep Brain Surgery ( No thanks) So I am hoping by losing 55 lbs of extra weight, strengthening my core with yoga and changing my diet I can maybe slow the symptoms or make them more bearable.

    Hey New Friend,
    The 17 day diet is a diet where the first 17 days you eat no carbs, only veggies and protein, yogurt, and some low sugar fruits. Then the next 17 days you add back in some carbs, then the next 17 days you add back in some more carbs, and you alternate back and forth every 17 days.
    There is a group here on Spark. I like the diet because you don't have to track and it is very cleansing. I don't like to track because I get crazy about it and start to obsess about food and what I can eat and not eat and all this planning. Do not want to go there again.
    Any way I did it last year and lost 17lbs in January and then I quit. I am going to start again, even if it is just a session or two just to get kickstarted on healthy eating again. Then I will figure out if I am going all the way with it to the end or go back into tracking...
