I love watching old movies, also I like doing any kind of thread and yarn work. I have learned to knit, crochet, tatting, and cross stitching over my years. You can say I am a jack of all trades master of none. I can change the oil on my own car, check the tires, changes brake pads, spark plugs, alternators, radiators, starters, filters, and cook a gourmet meal of American or Mexican food. I love to learn new things, love conversing with smart people. My favorite famous people are M & M, Madonna, Gwen Stefani, Adele, Clarence Thomas, Gorge W. Bush (and his wife Barbara), Condoleezza Rice, Lady GaGa, and Charles Barkley. One of my favorite soccer teams this year is Chelsea and Everton. My favorite author is Patricia Cornwell, Jean Auel, and of course my son Gregory Thomas. My favorite artist is also my son who does wonderful portraits. My favorite thing to do is hanging out with my adult sons, who by the way love hanging out with me, go figure.

My Goals:
My BIG goal is to loose down to 150lbs. I have tried several times, and have been member for a looooong time. This time before I came back I stayed on a diet for going on 3 weeks first, so this time it's for REAL

My Program:
Is to eat right and healthy, but include some exercise. This is hard when you get depressed though.

Personal Information:
I love showing off my artistic's son's painting on my website. I personally love taking pictures, this will get me outside more. I love baking and decorating cakes, so I will be giving lots of them away for the fat benifit of others.

Other Information:
I enjoy postivie people eventhough I may not always be.

    The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Here are some of the members comments written on a Survey Monkey poll:

    “It helps me stay focused on my goals. It also keeps things interesting and not boring.”

    “I find that the challenges make me be more cognizant of my food intake, better choices etc. The fitness ones encourage me to try new exercises and to keep doing exercises. I think there is a good possibility I wouldnt do as much if I didnt track it for challenges or tried to do better on challenges”

    “My leaders are all wonderful...they stay in touch with team members and do their best to keep us involved and feeling a part of the team.”
