[Dec 2014] For over two years I let myself get out of control, and regained EVERYTHING I had lost and MORE. I was just emotionally eating and binging and ate myself back to my starting weight and more. I was so ANGRY about it as well, angry at myself and ashamed. Then I booked a holiday to go back home. I was ashamed to let my mother see how heavy I had gotten.

So I took control, lost 20lbs before my trip.

Those 10 days I was back I just ate EVERYTHING, and regained 6lbs. It made me realise that I still need to work on what's going on in my head and my relationship with food. I am in some ways, addicted to food and use it to sooth emotions.

But since that realisation I am determined, sticking to plan 95% of the time, and I'm now 1/4 of my way to goal.

I have taken responsibility for the weight I had gained. And I'm taking responsibility for losing it too!

[May 2012] Well I went off track for a good six months reverting back to the old habits of comfort eating, and I've regained half of what I lost. I was so miserable about my body and the comments I was getting it turned into a vicious cycle. It took a few months to get back into the spark, but I`m doing pretty well with alot of indian cooking at home, I`ve found I love spices, vegetables and legumes! Looking forward to losing the regain so I can start making new progress towards my goal.
WL is not easy but it is worth it for the results.

[2011]I`ve been working hard for more than half a year and really starting to see the results!
I`ve had a tough year work wise but I tried so hard to not slip back, I stalled but now back on track and making good progress. I hope to avoid any more yoyo-ing.
Like many people I have had issues with eating for a long time, but hopefully on the journey I can come to terms with this too.

My Goals:

My Program:
Flexible dieting and IIFYM! (If it fits your macros)
Rather than focusing on clean eating, I have to hit my calorie and macro ranges and that's it.
It just means I end up eating clean most of the time, but no foods are off bound if you can fit them in. So I could go eat a McDonalds, if I'm prepared to be eating fruit and veg for the rest of the day.

    Hey Carla, unfortunately the gym I'm at doesnt have any classes, but I am gonna push myself harder and change up my routine a bit this month and see how that works out.
