Oct 2016 has been the turning point of my life I have become more healthy than I ever was,more stamina and energy and the best thing better sleep 😴 as a proud mother of two boys with one having Special needs iam determined to set a good example in front of my kids with healthy lifestyle. I still do have issues with emotional eating but I am trying my best to abstain from it as much as I can. I'm currently focusing on building more muscle especially in my arms and core area. Scale is not much in favor of me so I judge my victory by inch loss. My target now is to be able to wear a M size shirt and size 10 jeans, currently wearing size L shirt and size 12 jeans 😊

    My sister wants us to come see her this evening. She is Koty's grandmother. His parents are in Pennsylvania. It was hard to watch this news story unfold on the Pittsburgh news. It will be on their evening news too. Nothing could be seen in the actual video except the police taking pictures and I thank God that they were discreet when his body was removed from the Ohio River.

    I have prayed for closure for Koty. Some have had a missing loved one that has never been found and I think that is worse than not knowing what happened or where they are.
