Introduction Text I just started SP on 1/05/2016..................I Love God and devoted to my walk in the faith. My husband and I have 5 kids a modern blended family. We share 4 grandchildren who really keep us active and young. I created Halos Ark back in 2009. Its named after our 1st grandchild Halo. My collections of items are named after each grandchild. We are old school when it comes to dieting and exercising. So we are really looking forward to accomodating it into our lifestyle while not feeling overwhelmed with defeat when we want to paint the town with steak, lobster and chocolate..lol! Excited to take this journey with everyone here at SparkPeople To God all the Glory
