I'm here to get in shape! Which shape? Well that would be whatever ends up being the best shape for me!

As a pagan, I feel that one of the biggest goals is to live deeply engaged in this world and my physical body is one of the most tangible means to do just that.

I joined Spark People in 2007 and worked hard for about 6 months, and then I let it all go. A year later I became pregnant with my first child and now I have a 16 month old daughter. Time to get back to work! Time to lose what is left of the baby weight and get more physically active in general. Here's to success in 2010!

This isn't set in stone, and varies from day to day.

* track my food and stay within the goal ranges
* get that cardio in through walking, jogging, or just plan o' dancing around the house
* weights baby, oh yeah
* yoga and stretching
