*My Type II Diabetes Journey*


On December 23, 2016 I received a Type II Diabetes diagnosis. I had a feeling, but now it's real. I am going to think positive and consider this a blessing in disguise. This is the kick in the rear that I needed. This time it's not just weight loss I need to protect my health and do the best I can to keep my blood sugars in control.

 I don't have a specific program, but some of my favorite workouts are Cathe Friedrich, Chalene Johnson and Leslie Sansone. I love kickboxing type workouts.

I love music! I listen to DEF LEPPARD, Hinder, Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Nickelback, Bon Jovi, John Mayer, Journey, Poison and a ton of others. As you can see I have a wide variety of musical tastes.
