    Hi,

    Thank you for commenting on my status on the Leader Board. Odd thing is I never looked at any of them LOL. I have been regularly sparking and huddling. Sept was an off month. I struggled just to log in and track my exercise. I am so much better now; working on getting back to where I was before prednisone. I gained a pound and a half last month in spite of exercise and eating right. I can deal with that. I usually gain 6-8 pounds right away when I start the medication. I'm doing well and continuing to chip away a little each day.

    I hope you are doing well also. I see that you keep up the exercise and are a leader on your board. You rock girl. Keep up the good work.
