Introduction Text Someone suggested today that it's all about me. Once I thought about it, I realized she is right. It is all about me. I am the one who choses what to eat and how much to eat. I am the one who choses how often to exercise and when to skip exercise. I am the one who decideds when to go to sleep at night and when to stay up late. I am the one who controls my emotions, not other people and not outside circumstances. I can permit the outside world to control me and use that as an excuse to make bad chocies when I eat, or I can just say no. I can permit my emotions to define me or I can define my emotions. I can take charge of my life or just let life pass me by. I can be a victim or I can be a victor. The choice is all mine. Today I choose success. Today I choose life. Today I choose happiness! God has given me a beautiful life, He has given me the ability to succeed. He has granted me favor and mercy and I choose today to accept His gifts and to succeed in everything I do! When I stumble I will use that as a stepping block to raise myself up. When I fall I will pull myself back up. When I feel like I can't go on I will look to Him for guidance and for support and I will reach my goals!

To obtain balance in the seven steps of OOLA -- Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends and Fun.

I must be accountable for my actions. I am responsible for the foods I eat. I am responsible for the exercise I do. I am responsible for my life, my health and my happiness. No one can do this for me and I can't blame anyone except myself for where I am now. I can and WILL be proud of where I am going! I will succeed!

I work full time outside the home and teach classes on essential oils in my spare time. I am working toward living a chemical free lifestyle through oils.
