Introduction Text I've been on Spark for over ten years and I met my AMAZING husband here! Over that time, I've had ups and downs, but I've never gotten back to my highest weight. My downfall is food. I tend to eat badly and compulsively. My body is very unforgiving, and I have to be very careful if I want to stay at a weight I'm comfortable with. Spark is here to help me be very careful! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have a beautiful life. I never ever want to let my weight or the way I look stop me from doing something or going somewhere. I never want to be embarrassed of the way I look.

To lose 20 pounds by August 1, 2019.

Nutrition: Measure and honestly track my food intake. Stay under my SP maximum. Fitness: A half hour four days a week on my trainer. Motivation: Read the stories and posts of others!

I have six fantastic kids, two wonderful step-kids, one son-in-law, another soon-to-be son-in-law, one amazing husband, and a gorgeous golden retriever. I'm here to be fit and comfortable with who I am and how I look and feel. I'm 5'8".
