Because Spark helped me reach and maintain a goal for nearly 2 years, and now I got ill and gained weight which spark is helping me get rid off right now. I am learning to live with PCOS as a potential soon-to-be very big person, and I am both frustrated and scared. I have Spark to help me be guided in peace

It took me a month to make my goal at Spark. I kept it for nearly 2 years until I became diagnosed with PCOS and so now I have to fight my body to get back to where I was. And it is, again, working. Go, Spark! I want to finish my PhD I want to find the perfect foods to look young. I NEED to drink more water!
