Introduction Text I'm back on Spark to help me put my health first. I've been a way from for a while now, but am back to the foundation that I once knew. I always put everything else first and me last. I need to get back to being healthier so I am better for me, my family and everything else life has to offer. I'm tired of being too tired for life!

(updated 04.8.2018) 1. Ultimate goal: Lose 80lbs 2. Keep all body parts uninjured and intact...not push too hard too fast. 3. Workout 5 days per week, minimum. 4. Believe in myself and my commitment

HIIT Walking, everyday Not working more than 9 hours at my desk Getting up at least 4 times during the workday Incorporating my family into a workout at least 1x per week.

I like crazy, spontaneous moments of life...even if I have to create them. I enjoy reading, playing sports, and helping others. I am a Christian and, regardless of others beliefs, I was made to walk along others and not judge. I am looking to become my best, so I can be all I was made to be. I am a wife to an amazing man and a stepmom to a great 14 year old young man.
