This is my first progress pic! Not a huge difference but it is the first time I can really see any difference 😀

With another 10 lbs gone I thought I’d do another progress pic. 25 lbs makes a pretty big difference! I’m excited to start 2019 so much closer to my goal weight!

To kick off the new year I’ve set a challenge for myself - 30 workouts in 30 days! I’m going to be doing Jillian Michaels Shred and I actually remember to take some before pictures so hopefully I’ll get some good results!

Hi there, I saw your post on the friend feed and noticed Cottonwood Heights. Is that Utah? I live in Sandy, so not too far. Say hi sometime.

Thanks for your observations on my post on the community feed. That if I kept up with over 4 lbs a month, it could equal 60 lbs in a year! Nothing to sneeze at for sure! I wish you continued success over your journey.. you look wonderful and must be feeling better each step of the way! emoticon emoticon

Great job for putting the Reese’s cups back! I know it’s hard for us to not give in, but it will pay off for us in the longrun! We’ve got this!

Go on Youtube and listen to the videos on How to Succeed by Ben Hart (not the magician). He is about 63 and he does break-dancing as an exercise, but he is a millionaire who has been very successful in his life, because he has always kept learning and working on new goals. I found him very interesting, because as a Freshman in high school in 1963, I got LOST in Algebra ! after being an "A" student all through grade school, but being a girl, they didn't care and I got put in the secretary/home economics track after that.I didn't go to regular college. Back then there was no "Algebra for Dummies" or anything like that to learn outside of what the textbook and teacher was saying.
He has videos on whatever you want to do in life. He says "If you want to lose 20# then set a goal to stay on a diet and lose 1# a week for 20 weeks." I've found him very interesting.
