Phoenix Rising (Revamped)
Hello One and All! My name is Kyle, I'm 28 about to be 29 in March and I guess it's time to do a rewrite.
It's been about a year now since I've joined sparkpeople and though I've had my moments of slipping away and sabotaging myself and my goals, the phoenix eventually rises again from the ashes and a new spark is born.
So here I am. About to be 29, 14 lbs. down from my original start weight of 233 lbs, and about to kick it into high gear because it's a new year and ...

It's been about a year now since I've joined sparkpeople and though I've had my moments of slipping away and sabotaging myself and my goals, the phoenix eventually rises again from the ashes and a new spark is born.
So here I am. About to be 29, 14 lbs. down from my original start weight of 233 lbs, and about to kick it into high gear because it's a new year and new goals are here to be set and I'm getting closer to the time of my ultimate goal of running this years Aids walk for Life in September for my friend Dave, and I need to be in tip top shape, and of course my Supreme goal is to live healthier.
Some things to know about me:
I work for two family Dr's as a receptionist (stressful but good job)
I love performing. I act and sing in community theatre as often as my spare time will permit me.
Music is my life and going to concerts is my idea of heaven.
I'm out and proud and living the gay life.
I appreciate everyone of you on here who is trying to make a better life for yourselves by being as healthy as you can be.
I appreciate the support from the people I have already become friends with (and the one's to follow) and I will be there for you if you need me.
So, that's it. "Fasten your seatbelt's Darling....."

A vow to myself
Cuz I'm ready to be limbo no more!"

Just popping by to say Hi and hope that things are going well. The start of the fall weather has me craving starchy stuff. Annoying!
