I am a 23-year-old college student. Getting fit and toned by losing some weight has been my goal for years, it is time to really act on it!
Measurements (I'm 5'5'')
- 2011/6/4 : 63.3kg (139.5 lbs)
- 2011/6/13 : 62.1kg (136.9 lbs)

My goal is to lose 8kg in 3 months.
My Program:
- Running 4 times a week according to my training plan
- Cross training 2 times a week : elliptical training or bicycle
- Lifting : 2 to 3 times a week (whole body training)
Personal Information:
I have struggled with disordered eating. I am ready to put this past behind me and start working for my happier and healthier life.
