Positive thoughts equal positive results.

Update, November 18, 2019. I have more energy. Could be the CPAP or could be the vegan diet? Also I have lost 5 pounds. But I had gained previously and now am in this whole food plant based low sodium no oil low sugar for the long haul. I want to be off meds by my birthday in November, 2020. Labs in January will tell the tale.

I am now on a CPAP every night. I don't know why I resisted for all these years. Yes, I have sleep apnea and now feel more energized.

I am now vegan since the end of May, 2019 and working on health one problem at a time. Hopefully the weight will come off once I get healthy. I have been up and down in that regard. Now up. Many reasons. One is that I am unable to exercise as I wish, but am getting that worked out. So far, I am able to do more! Isn't that fabulous?

I am learning that thoughts and words become reality, so watching my thoughts and what comes out of my mouth.

My Goals:
Continue on my path of eating plant-based and working on my various health issues. By age 70, I plan to be off at least some medicine, if not ALL. Dare to dream, but work your plan.



My Program:
I switched to vegan May, 2019, discovering it only will work if you eat high complex carbohydrates and lots of fiber foods. So far, it is working for my health. I feel better! Don't eat vegan "junk" which is those substitute meats and cheeses, they are bad for you.
