Back at it again.


A few years ago i found SP when looking for lowfat recipes. I started following and logging, as well as running. I lost 35lbs. However, i changed jobs and the commute was longer, the hours were more and BOOM...the weight came back on. I have not run sense March of 2015. I have finally moved closer to work and cut my hours back. I am ready to start my journey.

My Goals:
My goal: 135 lbs.

Complete the 5 to 10k program

Run 4 5k's

Run 5k in less than 30 minutes.

Run a 10k






My Program:
 Running every day.

Abdominal exercises and yoga in the mornings.

1200-1550 cal/day

64 oz water dailey.
