Goodbye 2020 and Hello 2021!

I've made many improvements since January 1, 2010, when I first joined SparkPeople, and I'm still working to be a better me. This program helps me to focus more on my health, and I have made many great SparkFriends whose strength, motivation, and encouragement have helped me along this life journey.

Thank you, SparkPeople!

Hello! I hope all is well. I had a good exercise day, lots of steps and lots of dancing, as usual. Love that Mexican food! I watched a movie called "Shall We Dance" with Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon. I liked it especially the dancing, although not the kind of dancing I do! Have a great, healthy weekend! emoticon

I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures of the resin sculptures. My collection is a visual reminder to me that people are meant to be happy. (But sometimes we have to work a little harder at it) Have a great day

emoticon we are SO delighted that she's engaged to a fantastic man who loves her dearly! She is my youngest and is an officer in the Air Force...she is also being deployed to Afghanistan in November emoticon
On the bright side emoticon ...she won't be in a combat zone and we're learning more each day about the province she will be in and it's relatively SAFE as far as Afghanistan goes...
At the moment she's stationed in Alaska (she's been stationed there before and loves it)!
We're betting they get married before she deploys and probably in Minnesota emoticon

    Good Morning,
I just started a large one on the side of my dresser in my bedroom. It faces my side of the bed so when I wake up, it's the 1st thing I see. I'm playing around on the website that was mentioned, Digital dreamboard. Still trying to figure out how it works. This is something I've wanted to do but have never done it. Like alot of things, the time is now. I'll put up a picture of it when its done. I'd love to see yours too when you finish.

    Have a great day!
