Hello and thank you for stopping by. I can truthfully say that I have come a long way. It hasn''t been easy and I still haven''t reached my goal. But I do know that it is possible to reach.

Fitness Minutes: 5,400

My Goals:
To be the best person I can be.

Enjoy life one day at a time.

To love myself, big or small.

To reach my goal weight as soon as possible!

My Program:
 To walk at least 3 days and strength training 2 day a week.

Take the stairs up instead of the elevator.

Remove pasta from my diet.

Keep a better check on my health.
