Golden lover


I live in the woods in NH with a spouse, and 3 dogs, a shi-tzu and 2 golden retrievers. I am semi retired and work in a Drs. office. I love cross stitching and knitting.
I have a wonderful daughter, Joanna Gail, and two beautiful grand daughters, Megen and Bree.
Joanna and I are supporting each other and learning to love ourselves more each day.

I have many, but the main one is to stay focused on my regimen of healthy eating and exercise.

My Program:
 I've been following the food plan in stage one and also walking. I've just bought a pilate ball, and band. Now I have to learn to use it
