    Hey girl! I've been around...just quiet. The running is going okay....still quite hard, even with just small amounts. But, i'm trying to keep at it and make myself believe that at some point, it *will* get easier. How are things with you?

    hi and thanks for the comment. I'm just starting the whole running thing. Even though C25K is supposed to be for beginners, I've even modified that for myself. Even though it's going to take me a long time to get there, I figure reaching my goals , no matter how long the journey takes, is better than getting overwhelmed, quitting, and never reaching them at all! Good luck with all of your goals. :)
