"2010" I'm At It Again!


My name is Patti and I am a middle aged young lady married with 3 children who is struggling to lose unwanted pounds in order that I may feel good about the way that I look and the well being of my body (health wise.)

Since being a part of Sparkpeople for 2 years, I have learned many things about controlling my weight. Even though, I have not been as successful as I would have liked to (loss of inches sometimes instead of pounds). It has and still is an experience that I am learning to adjust to. Thanks to Sparkpeople I am going to make it on my journey to a slimmer me.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 41 pounds and keep it off. Also, I want to continue this program with SparkPeople and be able to help motivate and encourage others to make a lifestyle change.

My Program:
 I am watching what I eat and exercising at home. I walk 3-4 miles each day if weather permits.
