it is ok. you know what to do, how to do it and admitting that you need to to it is the key. it is not all about exercise it is more about portion control and the quality of what we consume. i understand where you are because i never lost the weight i put on when i gave up tobacco 3.5 yrs ago. anne and i are here if we can help, good luck and keep in touch. you can do it!!!! Just had to come by and tell you that Bear (and Mia) were such good dogs! Rollie (the lab) came to visit and he was just so laid back and a little afraid of all our wood floors..he is used to carpets...but all went well. Not one fight or issue! Yay!
