Glad you made it through your heart attack as I read that HALF of all people who have a first one don't make it. I'm 68 and I fell last June and broke my femur, so I've been dealing with it all this time. Thankfully, I had dropped 36# before that and I'm at 149# now, so I've been able to keep that weight off all these months. I want to drop about 25# more.
