I am still having some trouble committing totally to healthy eating. I am letting my emotions control some of my food choices. I am doing better but, I have to get rid of the cravings I have when I feel frustrated or stressed over something.
I almost went to Zumba tonight but, chickened out at the last minute. I don't have a stationary bike but, I have access to one at the fitness center in the small town I live in. It is $25 per month to use the equipment. I need to renew my membership and go while my son is at school.
I know that once I get some exercise in I will feel much better and my food will be better. I am getting about 6 glasses of water a day but, then I will go a day without hardly drinking anything. I need to totally focus on myself and stop letting other things distract me from my primary goal of getting some weight off this month.

Had a few slip ups over the weekend but,so far so good this week. Trying to get the 8 glasses of water in and eating more fruits and veggies. Plus I am cutting portion sizes. I had been eating way too much. Drinking two glasses of water before meals helps fill me up. I am also eating only when I am hungry instead of when I think I am supposed to eat.
