Hi Sparks friends! I'm back again!

Update March 12, 2018 - I'm still working on me. It will always be a work in progress thing... I hit my goal weight last March. At April 15, 2017 I was 10 pounds less than my goal. I was able to keep it off most of last year. Over the holidays I gained some weight. As of today I'm 140!

Update March 12, 2016 - I have found my way back to Spark People. I hit a low point.... my clothes are tight. In fact some too tight to wear. I don't have anything in my closet that I feel good wearing. Today, I joined Spark Coach and am starting from the beginning. One goal at a time.

Update March 2015 - In 2014 I reach my weigh goal. Then through vacation and the holidays I managed to stay with a few pounds of goal (up and down the same 3 pounds). Now three months later, I'm up 8 pounds. That's what happens to me when I stop tracking. The good news is I know what I need to do... tracking my food and exercise works for me.

April 2014 - I'm Judy and I've been a member of SP since 2008. The first few years, I only used the website to track my weight and find new healthy recipes. I lost weight and gained some back (a few times!) I guess I finally realized that there isn't a magic spell that will make 25 pounds vanish.

I recently joined Sparks Coach and started tracking all of my food. Last week, I added fitness tracking to my program. I'm making small healthy changes one at a time.

My Short-term goal is to master healthy habits one at a time until they become second nature.
Working on....
-- Exercise daily (45+ minutes 6 days a week)

Mastered the following daily goals:
-- 10+ glasses of water
-- No fast food
-- Healthy breakfast
-- 5+ fruits/veggies
-- avoid fried food

My Program:
It's a work-in-process...

Nutrition - I eat three healthy meals a day and three snacks. I avoid fried and process foods.

10+ fitness minutes daily

Complete Spark Coach and track nutrition & fitness daily.

Personal Information:
I live Ohio with my husband, Ed and my Golden Retriever, Hobie.

Other Information:
This time when I get to my goal I really believe I will be able to maintain!

Because for the first time
1. I really believe I can
2. I'm taking it slow.
3. I finally found a plan I
can do for life.
4. I'm not on a "diet" because if you not on a "diet" you can't go off your "diet.
5. I have the help of family, friends and Spark friends!
