    @ohlala53 - Thx for leaving a comment on Indian foods and what I find enjoyable. Given my plant-based tendency, I usually find a vegetable combination platter of some kind appetizing, especially with red lentils, and I've also been known to relish ordering palak paneer, with a vegan modification of course. emoticon

    Hi, James! Not that you asked for advice, but... I saw a comment you made about "extra calories" in Indian food. I have taken some Indian cooking classes with a woman who would not recommend even one Indian restaurant in our city because she says they make things way too fatty. Real Indian food, except for some specialty dishes, isn't like that. We cooked dishes that used some oil, but per serving, the fat was very low. (Or maybe you are all whole foods? I get it.) Way before the class, I started making Indian curries, sometimes with commercial sauces with lower fat content, and serving them over veggies as well as a starch. Lost and kept off a lot of weight doing that and other things. Now, I eat mostly plant-based, still still lots of Indian flavors, but I don't have many reliable recipes. Do you have a favorite? No worries if not.

    Good observation about the arrangement of HHH. Definitely, the Holy is most important. . . . and on those days when all three are peaking . . . emoticon

    Good morning, James! Thank you for the video link. I am very familiar with that song. ❤ Thank you for thinking of me. I'm actually in a fine spot mentally, but my healthy habits have started slipping as I find myself spending more and more time on social media. As healthy as Spark's Community Feed is, I can't sustain the level of interaction I was trying to have, without sacrificing time I need to be using for preparing nutritious meals, planning, exercise, and sleep. And it definitely isn't allowed to interfere with my time with Jesus. ❤ Once I get my self-control and discipline back I should be able to be on the Feed more often. I'm still there! I should probably follow fewer people. :/ But I just love your #HHH - Happy, Healthy, and Holy! It's a great way to sum up my goals, although technically they are in reverse order. LOL Have an amazing day! Keep getting in those great step counts! I've started rollerskating in a tiny spot of my house. Maybe I can find an empty parking lot somewhere that is smooth enough for me to try? 😊
