Introduction Text Halfway through January and I can feel the good habits clicking back into place after recovering from the indulgences of the holidays. The days are getting longer and that is lifting to the spirit.

Enjoy a healthier lifestyle by: *Making healthier food choices most of the time. *Being active every day. *Maintaining open communication in my relationships.

Vising Sparkpeople every day. Keeping a daily food diary. Wearing my fitbit (minimum daily goal is 7,000 steps). Attending 2-3 structured fitness programs every week.(Live events on hold thanks to COVID)

Oregon raised, transplanted to Minnesota.
