Introduction Text I am a pet lover and especially love cats. My goals with Sparkpeople is to lose 200+ lbs and start and learn a healthy lifestyle.

2019 update for Goals Track my food intake ~ the good, the bad or the ugly Meal prep to have healthy breakfast at home and pack my lunches Exercise Daily - my summer plan is to be at a consistent 30 minutes per day everyday Walk 3 times a week My original goal from 2008 ~ I did manage to lose 90 lbs prior to our anniversary vacation. My ultimate goal is to lose the weight before my 20th anniversary. My husband and I plan on returning to Hawaii (where we honeymooned) and I want to be in better health and fitness to enjoy what beautiful Hawaii has to offer.
