My world is healthy food, controlled weight and competitive table tennis. I also represent the USAF Academy and continue to serve in the admissions process as a retired ALO. I have served the USAF for 57 years. Jarol is really living the dream!

My Goals:
Practice competitive table tennis 5 days a week.
Lose 35 pounds.
My Program:
Limit calories to 1100 per day until my weight goal is met. I measure everything I eat, calculate the calories, and jot it down in my SP Nutrition Tracker. It's working! For maintenance, increase slowly to 1500 - 1800 calories a day. I do not add exercise calories to daily goal to eat more.
Personal discovery: If I don't measure and calculate, losing won't happen. Estimating does NOT work for me!
Personal Information:
Iowa City, Iowa, home of Jarol & Leah's Table Tennis Shack! We have two tables and invite people into our home weekly.
Other Information:
When I reach my weight goal, I will be able to move faster behind the TT table.
