My Goals:
To reach a healthy weight allowing me to live a long healthy life feeling fit and happy.

Once again to go into clothing stores and have any choice I want instead of just what fits.

Motivate others by my success.

 Action steps:

Cardio exercise at least 15 minutes a day every day

track my nutrition daily

strength exercises 10 minutes daily

declutter 10 minutes a day every day




Personal Information:
I and my husband live in a small town in Northern California with two dogs, five cats, ten chickens, a goat, along with many other animal friends both tame and wild.

Other Information:
 I would love to meet others here on SP and go on the journey together.
