To reach a healthy weight allowing me to live a long healthy life feeling fit and happy.

Once again to go into clothing stores and have any choice I want instead of just what fits.

Cardio exercise at least 15 minutes a day every day

track my nutrition daily

strength exercises 10 minutes daily

declutter 10 minutes a day every day




Personal Information:
I and my husband live in a small town in Northern California with two dogs, five cats, ten chickens, a goat, along with many other animal friends both tame and wild.

Other Information:
 I would love to meet others here on SP and go on the journey together.

    Hi there .....what's up? Hope you two are having good times! I keep struggling (see my new blog, if you want to check it out). But, I will get there...just seems harder lately, even more so, than right after surgery. Bob even fell last week...he is ok, just bruised some ribs and bruises here and there (fell on his side). He is a lot more resilient than I am!

    Saw your comment that you liked both DWTS and Voice. I just started watching the Voice this season. I love Kelly! The judges crack me up! How they go back and forth at each other, especially Kelly and Blake! Some really good singers on there too!

    DWTS= I think Sean Spicer should go home. He has two left feet. Why do they keep voting for him? I like Hannah and Allie and Karomo. They are all fun to watch though.
