Sticking to 1200 calories and walking 20 minutes everyday. I hit the gym 2 times a week cause that's all I have time for! But I eat whatever I want just keep it at 1200 and it works! If I want a candybar (eventhough I usually don't!) I'll eat one and just work it into my calories. It's definitely worked for me! I also love those 100 calorie packs and crystal lite to give my water some flavor! I'm doing mainly cardio right now but I'm trying to get the back of my arms toned.
