Oh my gosh! you have lost soooo much weight! Wow...awesome! I also thoroughly enjoy exercising...love it! Along with eating. I have learned the key is to good health is eating clean...tastes better too.

There are days when I *hate hate HAAAAAATE* the One Hundred Push Up program, but the results are so freaking amazing that I just can't stop. Call me a sucker for vanity!
I mainly blog on 43things.com on my progress; there are a few online buddies who are doing it with me and it just feels so good to not be the only one crying from the redundancy. But like I said, at about week 4, you notice that your arms become so sculpted that you find yourself asking for more torture.
Try the program and see! At the very least, you'll feel extra accomplished that you can do more push ups than most women (and some men too!) and you'll find yourself wearing tube tops in the middle of a snowstorm just to show off your "guns" 4481 days ago
