Yea yea, you can take over! Most ppl I talk to aren't around on a daily basis. I like the daily messages! My bf is still really sick, better but still out on the couch all day. I had to pick him up some McDonalds he hasn't eaten hardly anything all week and is already down 10lbs. I told him I'd get him anything as long as he'd eat SOMETHING. Either way I was proud I got myself a small parfait. It was yummy, been awhile since I had one of those! I'm feeling okay today, still run down a bit still but not sick. I went & got some tea & zinc & 10,000mg packets of Vit C. If this doesn't stop it, nothing can!
Isn't it how we feel after a binge? I try to eat right before I go shopping or I want to do the same thing! It's hard. Eat something before you go next time, even if it's only a fiber one bar or something, it will fill you up enough. It's got to be harder on you with the kids anyways. More treats in the house probably. I at least don't have that temptation. I don't allow it in the house. If I overindulge it's on something I buy usually a 1x serving so I don't go overboard more than once. If only this lifestyle change thing were easy huh? Never will be for me, will always be a battle just like for a smoker or alcoholic! I've changed a lot of my ways but it's easy getting sucked into bad habits. As long as we get right back on track it's ok! That's why it's a lifestyle change & not a diet. We can do it, even if I have to extend my goal to Christmas!! 4533 days ago

Lol your too funny! I always put what I weigh in and don't really change it if my weight fluctuates a cpl of pounds here & there. It's completely normal for it to do so & I've stopped getting upset over a small fluctuation (esp at that TOM)! I say you put on the 147 now, when I see my # on my page everyday & I've gained a lb or 2 it's just added motivation for me to keep on losing & see that # again!!! :)
I thought the carb thing was working okay, but my weight has gone up a bit. Not sure if it's due to that or my way too high sodium consumption lately. I couldn't work out last night b/c I had to take my bf to urgent care, he has the flu and has had a temp over 101 for 4 days and it wasn't breaking. Night sweats, the works. He's slightly better today but still super sick in bed, no work, etc. Work has been nuts for me & I feel like I'm starting to get sick now too. I CAN'T get sick, I refuse. I have Thanksgiving coming up & I'm cooking for my family the following Sat. Ugh Say a prayer for us! I'm trying to stay strong!

Yhey, go us!!! :) Good for you! Isn't it super exciting?! It's because alot of time we aren't really eating enough calories and by us overindulging now & then it tells our bodies that we will continue to have food. We tend to start losing again since our body doesn't think that food will be scarce. Kind of back to the days when we had to search for food in the wild & our bodies told themselves to hold on to all body fat since it didn't know when we'd find food again.
I've been adding healthy carbs. Just an additional serving a day. I'm still under my spark guildlines most of the time. But I really need it for the energy to get through my workouts. I've already noticed a difference having oatmeal an hr or so before my workout. I'm still too high on my sodium intake daily but it's hard for me to control ALL of it. One battle at a time! I can do calories or carbs or sodium but not everything together lol it doesn't seem to work well for me. Hope you have a happy 'hump day'. The week is half over! Yhey! I'm already looking forward to the weekend again!

That is EXACTLY why I don't bake!! lol I LOVE sweets & I love to bake, but unless I'm giving it right away soon after I can eat the whole thing myself also! Oh well, it happens to the best of us. Just get right back on that horse today & eat healthy the rest of the week!
I weighed in at 144.8 this AM. I was very happy. I've never seen a # below 145 EVER, so I'm psyched! The only thing I've done differently is upped my protein over the past few days. I'm still working out a lot & eating well. I bought protein shake mix to have after my workouts. My goal is now 100gms a day. I also want to add in some more carbs. I did some research & I don't think I've been eating nearly enough on weekdays. Those are my *strict* days when I try to be really really good then I tend to overindulge a little on the weekends. Well I think I'm too much on the low end of my cals, esp for how much I work out. I was really good this past weekend though. I even had some chocolate cake but was still well within my calorie range. Usually that doesn't happen on the weekends! I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing & hopefully the weight will start coming off at a normal rate again!
