Nov 2013 Preparing for our third & fourth Bodybuilding Comp...sick of coming in second.

Aug 2011 To set some new goals! I have been trying to get down to 140. My oldest son is 10 now. My youngest is 6. No more riding that postpartumm wave. This is it. I am determined and ready to do the work that it takes.
...Goal met ...I AM the slowest loser. I wish it would not have taken depression to get me there. Hopefully I will be able to stay here joyfully...so far so good... ??

    Hey! Sounds like you did good today! I don't believe in deprivation, that only begs for a binge session! So it's good you treat yourself! It's great your able to stop when you say so also. That can be tough. I ate very healthy foods all day today except I had a chocolate/nut bar that someone made at work. It's fine though because I ate low carb/no sugar the rest of the day & I ate that instead of some other snacks I brought (instead of just in addition to my other food). Plus it was soooo yummy! I just got in a great 50min workout tonight. I'm going into work tomorrow (usually it's my day off) but I need all the $$$ I can get with the holiday's coming up! One radio station here started playing Christmas music already!! So exciting!!! Yhey! I love it! Hope your Fri is great!

    Awwww......THANK YOU! That makes me feel good. Actually, I've gained a few pounds this week. I didn't even go to the Weight Watcher's meeting today. I was too depressed. But, I think I weigh about 185 now! UGH! I will be 44 in December! Getting old isn't easy. LOL. Well, have a GREAT rest of the day! emoticon

    Hey don't get down on yourself. When your sick, your sick. You have to take care of yourself & get better! Glad your feeling better now though! I've cut out all non-natural sugars & upped my daily veggie intake, also decreased my carb consumption. I'm a bit hungry but we shall see how it goes. I haven't worked out the past 2 days. They fit me in for an eye dr appt last night & w my eyes dilated I couldnt see to do anything! My vision has been so blurry. I just had LASIK's 3 yrs ago. They better fix it for me! O well, I'm getting in a workout tonight. Off to have some dinner. Hope your week is better this week! TTYS

    I need to get my behind back in gear girl! I haven't lost weight in awhile, I've been eating too many goodies here & there. Esp at work!

    I haven't gained (other than monthly weight that comes back off. I'm working out so much, but I'm not losing either. I'm so close to goal & here Turkey day is only 2 weeks away!!!

    I'm hostessing the holiday here at our place with my family 2 weeks from today! Then on the actual holiday I'm going with my bf to his family's house for another Thanksgiving dinner! I have so much to do! I need to get to goal before then. I need to cut out the junk, as well as any processed foods & eat as clean as possible to get these stubborn last 5lbs off for good!!!! I need a buddy in this!! Want to do this together?! I know we can! 5 lbs in 2 weeks is reasonable! Well 4lbs in your case. We are SO close! Let's go hard firm bodies! Let me know if your in!
