Nov 2017 To look like some of the pictures I have on my page or at least feel as good as I did then...omg.

Nov 2013 Preparing for our third & fourth Bodybuilding Comp...sick of coming in second.

Aug 2011 To set some new goals! I have been trying to get down to 140. My oldest son is 10 now. My youngest is 6. No more riding that postpartumm wave. This is it. I am determined and ready to do the work that it takes.
...Goal met ...I AM the slowest loser. I wish it would not have taken depression to get me there. Hopefully I will be able to stay here joyfully...so far so good... ??

    So your average height, that's cool! You looked taller in some of those pics ;) I've seen a lot of results the past cpl months even though no movement on the scale. That's why I loosely say my goal is a specific weight. I want my body to look a certain way, I could care less what that number on the scale says as long as I look how I want. I will mention that I'm STOKED that the next time I go to the Dr's I will have to correct them & move that scale under the 150's! I've been doing everything you mentioned. I don't track my food on SP all of the time b/c I also am a member of Weight Watchers online (since July) & I do it on that website. I've lost an additional 12lbs since then. Alot of my issue was to start weighing my foods, get my portions in check, and eat more healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, avocados etc).

    I also LOVE turbo jam!! I have the hand weights and also many of the dvd's. My new Fav's are Fat Blaster & Kick Punch Jam. Great workouts! I just got them both about a month & 1/2 ago so I could switch things up. It helped! I also do Turbo Sculpt at least once a week & alternate upper/lower body strength training the rest of the week. I work out 5-6 days a week. Getting in longer workouts Fri-Sun (usually 1 hr-1.5hrs). I also just recently upped my hand weights from 5lbs to 10lbs. I'm seeing a major change in my upper body in just a cpl of weeks! So I'm trying to stay away from the scale for a bit & just focus on my body changing. Your plan sounds right on track as well its just difficult being so close. Our bodies don't want to lose the last bit of fat in case there is a famine. haha

    I also have problems eating at times (such as sweets). I can control my eating very well with regular foods; not eating fried food, or chips, or other junk. But when it comes to sweets it's 100x harder. Which is why I allow it in small portions or I WILL have a binge episode. I love the weight watchers ice cream bars they are pretty big for the cals. Also skinny cow ice creams are awesome! Or the 100 cal packs of various snacks. It really helps to have things pre-portioned to help with the binge eating. It's worked (most of the time) for me!!     Your funny! I'd love to be your buddy! I added you as well! :) How have you been losing the last of your weight?! You look tall also. I'm 5'9". As I get so close to my goal weight I'm having a hard time sticking to eating as well as I had been. No gain, but no loss. I just had my bday last week-I need to get back on track!!! I want to lose my last 5lbs by Nov 15th so I can just focus on maintaining over the holidays!
