Introduction Text My name is Jessica, and I have been on weight watchers since Jan 5, but I get tired of "dieting" even though it is not supposed to be dieting, so I want a change and going to switch to keeping up with calories. I am a mom of 3 (6 yrs, 2 yrs, and 11 months). So busy! I love to walk, and want to try to get it in each day, and we have big plans for gardening and making flower beds now that everyone is big enough to enjoy the outdoors!

My goal is to finally get back down to a size that I feel great about myself! I had 2 babies back to back and this time has been really difficult to lose the weight. Now my youngest is going on 11 months so no more excuses!

I am going to stay within my suggested amount of calories, walk 1.5 miles a day. I have a nice hilly walk here by my home and it works your body. I will be doing this at least 5 days a week along with crunches and upper body exercises.

I am from Arkansas and a school teacher.

I love Nicholas Sparks books, scrapbooking, and drawing. Most of all just enjoying the time I get to spend with my children and we love to be outdoors!
