My Goals:
More so than getting my pre-baby (ies) body back, I want to get healthy. I want to take what I learn and apply it to my family and encourage their healthy lifestyle as well. I've been in denial about being overweight for far too long. No more excuses! It is time to focus on me and get back on track!
My Program:
I finished FIRST in a nutrition/workout program called Move it To Lose It. During this program i lost 20 pounds, and another ten since it ended. I am now on my own!
Cardio- 5 days a week
ST- 1-2 days a week
Pilates-1 day a week
I try to eat clean as much as possible.
