Since December 2010 I have been gaining weight instead of taking it off. Don't know where in the road I stopped along the way but I did. After all I've learned I have let stress, anxiety, and depression run my life. It's time to take it back! I don't want to be this person anymore. I want to wake up and feel good inside and on the outside. Tomorrow July 12, 2011 I will wake up a new person with new goals.

    I am glad that I could help inspire you!
    To be honest the reason I have so much energy right now is because I have taken 3 months off of work. I will start my new travel assignment a week from today! I am excited to get back to work, but at the same time, I was really enjoying this taking care of me stuff. I have gotten pretty good at it. Now I will have to learn to adjust and join taking care of myself with work, which will be a struggle. The difference now is, I know I can do it. This site has definitely helped me. I am more optimistic about life and what may lay ahead for me!
    There are so many great people here that keep me motivated. With everyone's help I get one step closer to living a happier and healthier life. I am 33, and it is time to start living (something I should have realized about 10 years ago, but better late then never, right!)
