Introduction Text Hi! I'm currently a stay at home mom married to my high school sweetheart for 21 years. I have two amazing daughters that are such a blessing to me! It's been a stressful couple years for our family and we recently moved again out of state away from family and friends, it's been a tough move to say the least. I'm looking for motivation and determined to stick with a routine and get healthy and stay inspired through meeting others on the same path :-)

To continue exercising every day to build endurance and strength. To work hard every day to reach a healthy weight and be here for my family for many years to come! Making healthier food choices each day and drinking lots of water!

Incorporating exercise into my daily life as much as possible. Working on planning better choices for my meals. I am reading and researching as much as I can about better health and fitness.
