Welcome to my page. I've been a Spark member since 12/06 not doing much; that changed in June 2008. Weighing 283 pounds, I was perfectly healthy then and I am still healthy now. Today I weigh 170 pounds. (Yep I’ve gained back 21 of the pounds I lost!) This is my 3rd weight loss trip of more than 100 pounds!! I need help to make this time down the last time. I suck at maintaining my weight loss! I've made the decision to do today what I can do when I am 80!

My Program:
I walk 120 minutes on my property every single day. The last day I didn’t walk was August 16, 2008. I try to eat less than 1500 calories a day. I don't count the calories in any fruit or vegetable, though I do limit potatoes, raisins and bananas to once a day. I believe in myself! Its working.

Oh that is a nice area! Away from the Port Orchard chaos for sure! If I had it my way, I would move either out towards Olalla or even thinking Port Townsend when I go on my externship! How are you doing? I hope all is well!
