I'm 50+ (or 60-) and have been fighting the weight battle most of my
life. It's now or never at this point. I have to do this as that point of no return is looming just up ahead on the path i've been on. Time for a new and sparkly path.

Fitness Minutes: 240

My Goals:
I want to lose 100 lbs. by Sept. 2012. Aiming for 25 lbs by the end of December for my shorter term goal. Also working on making exercise a daily event. Starting with 10 min. a day and will increase as soon as I am able.


My Program:
1. Log food daily
2. Exercise 10 min. a day
3. Log my fitness minutes
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
5. Check in with at least one team daily
6. Reach out to at least one person daily
7. Complete spark point checklist
8. Journal at least 1x/wk.
9. Review my day and take note of the positive things
10. Thank God.




Personal Information:
I live in Ohio. My daughter
(age 20) and son (age 24) as well as my daughter in law live with me. Another daughter lives on her own, but we see each other about once a week. We have 3 small dogs and two black cats. One of the dogs is a rescue dog with impaired vision. She's my baby.


Other Information:
I like reading and have a Kindle. I've managed to collect enough free (and paid) books on it that I will probably never finish reading them all. My favorite author at this time is Janet Evanovich and her Stephanie Plum series. These books are the only ones where I have found myself laughing out loud. I haven't read the entire series yet, but I'm working on it.
