Introduction Text I have struggled with weight all my life but think I have finally broken the cycle. I hope that by staying in touch with others that are after the same life goal, it will be keep me honest.

Trying to stay away from sweets! I am REALLY addicted and need a 12 step program to overcome. Weight training and cardio.

I am a 50yo happily married mother of a 14yo DS. I work full time and enjoy the great outdoors. I am looking forward to getting to a healthier weight so I can enjoy life more.
